Returns (RMA)
Returns are only accepted on Hardware equipment, in any case not be refunded Activation Keys applications or services, CD DVD and other software media.
Hardware for returns following apply

  • A product is subject to an RMA, when damaged or defective or the package is incomplete.
  • Filling RMA Form at Interbit.gr:
  • Completion of RMA Form at Interbit.gr is Online. To be valid, the RMA form should be filled in all fields correctly. If the order that succumbs to process RMA contains more than one item you can select Online the products you wish to make to process RMA.

Submit RMA. Once the form is complete, the system issues the RMA number. Then you will receive a copy by email of the completed Form and RMA number and date of issuance of the RMA.
The RMA department will consider your request and will notify you of the status by email
Product Reception of RMA process from the warehouse. The partner sends his own shipping over 3 days following approval products, supported by the sanctioned form of RMA, our main warehouse at:

Failing to send the products within the time provided, the form RMA is canceled and the process should be done over again.
 Note that the INTERBIT not receive returns of defective products to the final customer, except by the Partner.
On shipments of defective products by courier, the department does not receive RMA returns damaged goods where:

  • not listed on the package the RMA number
  • not attached with the voucher of the courier RMA form.
